From Analytics to AI

Digital business does not win by having the most data — it wins by turning data into decisions the fastest, and AI has just collapsed that distance.

Building on the five levels of analytics (descriptive → diagnostic → predictive → prescriptive → cognitive), this talk shows how AI now sits at the top of that pyramid: it can run the analysis itself, through plain conversation, without writing SQL.

The heart of the session is a real case from Abadikan.id — reading a blended-performance dashboard, spotting a month-over-month drop in marketing efficiency, and using Claude + the official Metabase MCP server to diagnose it and surface concrete findings.
