Why responsive design matters, and where Flutter Web works best: internal tools, admin panels, and complex dashboards — not SEO-critical marketing pages.

The workshop project is a Smart City Energy Tracker dashboard (KPIs, power trends, energy-source breakdown, live alerts). A responsive-layout PRD is the single source of truth for what "responsive" means.

Then it is live coding with the Gemini CLI: grounding the model with @file references to the code, the PRD, and the ForUI docs, and writing prompts with the R.T.F. (Role, Task, Format) framework — from a navigation controller to a responsive sidebar.
